Egg Masala

6 eggs, 1 med onion, 1 med tomato (chopped), Cumin seedsTurmeric, red chili powder, EVOO.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds
Fry chopped onions
Add chopped tomatoes
Add spices including little salt.
COver and Cook for 5 mins
Add the 6 eggs one by one to rest over the gravy paste.
While eggs are liquidy, sprinkle salt on it.
Simmer, cover and cook till eggs are cooked.
Server hot with chapati
