Homemade Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, or 4 plum/roma tomatoes3/4 cup chopped onion1 jalapeno pepper2-3 tbsp Cilantro2 Tomatillos2-3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Chop, puree or otherwise pulverise the tomatoes until they are the size wanted. Chop and add the tomatilloes and the onion, then as much chopped Jalepeno and cilantro to taste. Add a splash of vinegar. This should be kept refirgerated. Good mixed with rice or pasta, or served on chips
