potato salad

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 16 tbsp (remove)Yellow Mustard, 6 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Hard Boiled Egg, 6 large (remove)
Directions
boil eggs to hard cooked.
boil potatos until tender (be careful not to over cook because you could end up with mashed potatotes)
cut up celery and onion
add all ingredients together and mix.
Refrigerate until service.
