Ingredients
Jerk Seasoning for Chicken Thighs1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp allspice2 tsp thyme1 tsp course ground black pepper1 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp clove1/2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp dried chives2 limes(juiced)2 tsp white vinegar2 tsp orange juice2 tsp yellow mustard1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tsp ground bayleaf
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees......Mix juices with dry spices creating a wet jerk sauce. Baste 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs with the sauce until well coated...place in a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray and cover pan with aluminum foil.sealing tightly....cook for 30 minutes or until done. Serve with milder tasting side items as this is a robust flavored dish. Enjoy!

    This was barely edible. I followed the recipe exactly but the flavor was way too strong and the chicken looked like it was rolled in a mud puddle. Nothing like the photograph. - 1/17/17
