Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz *Soup, beef broth , canned, commercial, 4 cup Water, tap, 4 cup*Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 can*Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 small canCauliflower, frozen, 340 grams (1/2 large bag)Zucchini, 1 medium*Summer Squash, 1 medium Onions, raw, 1 medium (sweet)Garlic, 1 tsp mincedMushrooms, canned, 1 cup
Directions
brown turkey in skillet
cut all vegis to desired size
add onion to skillet and simmer
bring broth, water, sauce and tomatoes to boil
add to vegetables and return to boil
cover and reduce heat to low
simmer for 1-2 hours
remove from heat and let cool to touch
refrigerate overnight
heat and enjoy
