Tuna with Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients
2 cans of chunk light tuna in water.25 cup of roasted peppers (yellow, orange, red whatever).25 mayo2 tbsp sour cream1 tsp. dried dill or 1 tbsp. fresh dillsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all and refigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.

**You can roast your own peppers by drizzling with olive oil and broiling skin side up for 7-10 mins. Place peppers in a zip lock bag once skin is blackened and steam for 15 mins. Remove skin and chop.
