Four Cheese Macaroni and California Blend Vegetables

Ingredients
3 C Uncooked Elbow Macaroni--I use Ronzoni Smart Taste1/3 C Flour2 2/3 C Nonfat Milk1 oz Gruyere4 oz Shredded 2% Cheddar2 oz Shredded Parmesan3 oz light processed cheese1/4 tsp salt2.5C frozen California blend
Directions
1. Cook macaroni according to package instruction omitting the salt and fat. Cook California blend in a microwavable covered dish for 8 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached, while you complete the sauce.

2. Place flour in large saucepan. Grdually add milk stirring with a whisk until well blended. Cook over medium heat about 8 minutes stirring constantly. Add cheeses cook three minutes or until cheese melts stirring frequently. Remove cheese mixture from heat stir in cooked macaroni, vegetables, and salt.
