Yogurt Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt1 cup firmly packed brown sugar1/2 cup splenda2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 cups all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt3 cups Quaker Oats, uncooked
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
Beat together yogurt, brown sugar and splenda until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, mix well.
Stir in oats and mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
Cool on cookie sheet and place on wire rack.
Makes 4 dozen cookies

    Ok I made these cookies (12 of them) exactly like the recipe and they turned out delicious then I added dark chocolate chips to the batter made 14 like this, then added walnuts and made 12 like this, then added coconut flakes and made 10 like this-- they were all big & delicious:everyone loved them! - 7/26/12

    I agree; they were a little cake like and a little more chewy than your average oatmeal cookie. I thought they tasted pretty good but I also made them a little more fattening by adding some chocolate chips. I would make them again. - 5/20/10

    I used vanilla yogurt because i had some on hand, so i cut out the splenda and the vanilla flavor. They still turned out yummy. I am going to try with key lime yogurt, and add white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts... - 7/27/09
