Recipe, Tasty Lo-Cal (Diet) Soup

5 Carrots, Sliced3 Celery Stalks, Sliced3 Large Onions, Sliced3 Garlic Cloves, Minced28 oz. can of Crushed Tomatoes14.5 can of Diced Tomatoes1/2 head of Cabbage ,chopped5 oz (half bag) of Spinach Leaves ,chopped2/3 cup of frozen Peas16 oz. bag of frozen Green Beans2 Green Bell Peppers., chopped 2 tsp. Salt2 tsp. Pepper1 tsp. Dried Basil1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (more if you prefer)2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes12 cups Water(if you don't like cabbage you can use the entire bag of spinach and omit the cabbage or use the whole cabbage head instead of spinach)
Coat pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Over medium high heat add carrots, celery, onions, and garlic.
Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes with their liquid.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until vegetables become tender.
Makes 26 = 1 Cup Sevings
