16 oz brussels sprouts5 oz can water chestnuts3 oz package Neuchatel cheese1/4 cup skim milk1/2 tsp mustard1 tsp lemon juice1 dash of salt
Half larger sprouts. Cook 20 minutes do not drain.Add chestnuts drained and sliced. Heat trough. Blend Neuchatel cheese and milk softened. Add salt, mustard and lemon juice. Stir over low heat till hot. Pour over sprouts. Makes 4 servings
