Vegan Pancakes

Directions
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour- 3 tsp. baking powder- 1/2 tsp. salt- 3/4 cup light vanilla soymilk- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce- 1/3 cup fruit of choice (optional-- raspberries included in calculations)
Combine wet ingredients, then add them to the dry ingredients. cook the pancakes on a griddle as you would any other pancakes. Eat em.
Makes about 7 small/medium pancakes.
