Meaty Penne Casserole

Ingredients
1 lbs of Round Beef Steak1 (14.5 oz) can of Cream Corn1 (14.5 oz) can of Diced Tomatoes1 (14.5 oz) can of Sliced Carrots1 (14.5 oz) can of Green Beans1 small box of whole wheat penne pasta2 Tbsp of Sour Cream1/2 cup of Mozzarella CheeseChili Powder and Garlic powder to suit yourself
Directions
1) pre-heat the oven to 350
2) Cook pasta per directions on the box
3) Cook the meat and cut into small cubes
4) Combine the corn, carrots, tomatoes,
beans, sour cream, garlic powder, and chili
powder in a mixing bowl.
5) Layer the bottom of a casserole dish
with the pasta, add in the meat, and
then top with the vegetable mixture.
6) Cook for 25 minutes.
7) Take the dish out and sprinkle the
cheese on top and then put the dish
back in the oven for an additional five
minutes.
8) Enjoy
