Oriental Steak Broil

Ingredients
3 tbls. lemon Juice1 tbls. caola oil2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced1 tbls. soy sauce1 1/2 tps. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp ground allspice1 1/2 pounds flank steak
Directions
Pre heat the broiler. In a saucepan, combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt , papper, and the allspice. bring to a boil over high heat and stir about 30 seconds, or until the salt dissolves.
Put steak into a 9x9x2 nonaluminum baking dish and pierce all over with fork. Pour the hot marinade over the steak, turn steak over and marinade coating it well. Marinade 30 min or longer. turning once.
Place the steak on the rack of the broiler pan about 2 or 3 inches from the heat. Broil for 3 min on each side for rare: broil an additional 2 minutes per side for medium. Cut the steak on the diagonal into 1/2 inch slices. serve with baked potatoes.
