No Sugar Added Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Filling:½ cup Splenda3 tbsp all-purpose flour1 lemon, zested½ lemon, juiced6 unpeeled apples, sliced Topping:2/3 cup rolled oats1/3 cup brown sugar, packed¼ cup whole wheat flour2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Directions
1) Slice apples into a large bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir to mix and spoon into a 6-cup baking dish.

2) In medium bowl, combine Splenda, flour and lemon zest; mix well. Add to the sliced apples; stirring to mix.

3) To prepare topping: In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add melted butter; stir to mix.

4) Sprinkle topping over filling. Bake at 375°F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and top is brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Serves 6.
