Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Beef2 cups chopped green pepper1 cup chopped onion1 cup rice'4 cups water1/2 block (1 tbsp) beef bouillon14.5 oz tomato sauce28 oz diced tomatoes with oregano, garlic & basil
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and combine all ingredients in pot. Simmer 1 hour on stove stove or four to six hours on low in slow cooker.
