No Dairy Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups all purpose flour1/2 cup granulated sugar3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup water1 egg1/3 cup oil3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Mix all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Mix until just blended, batter will be lumpy. Fill 18 muffin cups about 3/4 full. Mix sugars together and sprinkle on top

As a master muffin man, I can confidently and vehemently dictate that these muffins are without the doubt the 14th greatest muffins that have ever graced my kitchen. Needs more dairy though - 4/3/18

needs temperature and cooking time. Also "mix sugars together and sprinkle on top"?? What sugars? I used large crystal sugars but you don't have to blend those. I also baked it at 400 degrees, 15 minutes and monitored it every minute after. Not an exact time log, but it came out alright.
