Banana Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients
1 c. Butter or Margarine, softened2 c. Sugar2 Eggs 2 1/4 c. Flour1/2 tesp. Bkg Soda1/2 tesp. Salt1 c. mashed, pureed bananas1 c. Sour Cream
Directions
Cream butter/margarine together.
Add eggs, one at a time, mix well between each egg. Sift flour. soda and salt together. Add by thirds, alternately, with bananas and sour cream.
Mix well between each addition, add vanilla and mix well. Batter will be thick. Carefully spoon into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 60 - 80 min. Cake maybe frosted or dusted with pwd sugar.

    I made this cake for our school Christmas party. I used fat free sour cream and egg substitute and was able to get the calories down to about 230 per slice and then I sliced each slice in half. - 12/17/09

    I could never eat just 1/20th of an average size cake. So I can't really say that this is healthy. Althought it's a great cake. - 3/20/07
