Chicken and Veggie Speghetti

Ingredients

Directions
First of all I like to use my George Forman Grill to cook my chicken on, and thats what i use for this recipie but you can prepare your chicken however you like.

First spray your George Forman with lightly with spray oil and let it heat up for a minute and then place your chicken on it.

Then start your water for your noodles

Then star cutting up all of your veggies, and get your pan ready by putting in a VERY small amount of oil in on a medium temp and let it heat up for a minute and place your veggies in the pan

And then your water should be ready for your noodles so you can place them in

Then once the veggies are cooked drain out all the extra oil and put the veggies back in the pan with the spegetti sauce of your choice, i like to use the spegheti sause that has cheese in it, and warm it up,

While thats warming up you can cut up your chicken and throw that in the sauce as wll

Then just drain the noodles and put some on the your plate and cover it with your yummy speghetti sauce and then presto you have a great low cal healthy dinner

    I love this I add more to it spice and beans for fiber, I amde this one night when we were entertaining friends and they all loved it even the wheat noodle, I never told anyone that they are all eating healthy sshh thats our secret
