Ingredients
100% Whey Gold Standard (Banana Flavored), 1 Scoop 1 medium sized Banana (frozen)1/3 cup Frozen Blueberries 1 cup Orange Juice1 serving packet Sambazon Acai (Unsweetened)1/2 cup pineapple Fresh or frozen
Directions
1) Place all ingredients in blender or magic bullet

2) Blend until smooth and creamy. Note: extra water may be added the aid in thinning liquid if desired, without changing nutritional content)
