Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Pita2 ounces of Chicken Breast0.1 cup of Ragu Sauce1 tbsp of Green peppers1 tbsp of red peppers1tbsp of yellow peppers1 tbsp of mushrooms (canned)1 oz of mozzarella cheese - part skim1tbsp of onions
Directions
Place ingredients on a whole wheat pita. Place in oven at 375 for approximately 15 minutes (or until desired crispyness).

As this is a low calorie meal, you can also take the ingredients and split them between 2 pitas.
