Marinara Sauce with Spaghetti

1 lb extra lean ground beef2 cans (28 oz each) crushed tomatoes1 can tomato paste1 onion, chopped8 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 tbsp olive oil2 tsp sugar1 tbsp basil2 tsp oregano9 cups hot cooked spaghetti (3/4 cup per serving)Shredded parmesan Cheese, if desired (not included in nutrition)
1. Cook ground beef until cooked all the way through. Drain fat.
2. Mix all ingredients except spaghetti and cheese in slow cooker
3. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
4. Serve sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.
