Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef3 slices Wh-Wheat bread blended into crumbs1 large egg1/2 cup lowfat milk2 tbsp diced onion1 tsp salt2 tsp ITALIAN SEASONING (not listed above!)2 tbsp Ketchup2 Tbsp Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
Directions
Mix everything in a bowl. Shape into 12 balls. Cook at 425 for about about 30 minutes. These are good in spaghetti. Or alone with barbeque sauce or ketchup!
