Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom1/4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup dijon mustard1 tsp thyme, crushed1 clove garlic, minced5 potatoes, cut 1/4 inch1 onion, sliced4 pork loin chops
Directions
1. In large bowl combine soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, and garlic, add potatoes and onion stirring to coat. Transfer to slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours.
