Hot and Hearty Soup

1 tbl Olive Oil1 14 oz pkg Polska Turkey Kielbasa1 stalk chopped Celery1/2 chopped Onion1 cup chopped Red Bell Pepper1 15 oz can Kidney Beans1 15 oz can diced Tomatoes6 cups Chicken Broth1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper1 bunch Kale choppedSalt and Pepper to taste1 clove garlic chopped
Put oil, onions, celery, red pepper and garlic in skillet and sautee until vegetables are tender.
Add chopped Kielbasa.
Cook an additional five minutes.
Add kidney beans, canned tomatoes and crushed red pepper and chicken broth.
Heat through.
Add Kale. Simmer an additional 30 minutes.
Season to taste.
Makes 8 1.5 cup servings.
