Crockpot Chocolate Pudding Cake

1c. flour2 TBS cocoa1/2 tsp salt2 TBS vegetable oil1/2 c. sugar2 TBS baking powder1/2 c. milk1 TBS vanilla3/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 1/2 c. hot water
Spray the crockpot with non stick spray. Mix the cake ingrediants together: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, milk, oil and vanilla, til smooth. Add to the crockpot. Mix the sugar and cocoa. Add the hot water and mix til smooth. Pour over cake batter evenly. do not mix. cover and cook it on High 2-2 1/2 . Turn off the heat and let sit 30-40 min.
