1 egg1 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup 1% milk1 tbsp brown sugar packed2 tbsps canola oil3 tsps baking powder1/2 tsp salt
beat egg till nice and fluffy then beat in rest of ingredients until smooth. pour batter onton hot griddle or frying pan. cook unitldry around edges then flip til golden brown makes about 9 4 inch pancakes
