Quick Mushroom & Cheese Pasta

Ingredients
500g pasta (I like tagliatelle or fettuccine)400g Philadelphia light (garlic & herb)250g fresh mushrooms, sliced4 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
2. Fry mushrooms in oil until done.
3. Add Philadelphia and stir until smooth.
4. Drain pasta.
5. Stir sauce into pasta.

Serve immediately.
