Whole Wheat Pineapple Coconut Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 t baking powder1/4 t baking sodapinch of salt3/4 c granulated sugar1/4 c grapeseed oil (can substitute any cooking oil)1/4 c Whole Milk3/4 cup crushed pineapple3 tbsp shredded coconutPowdered sugar and water for frosting/glaze
Directions
mix all ingredients (except powdered sugar) and put in muffin tins. Grease the tins, or use cupcake liners.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Mix powdered sugar with a little water and glaze cupcakes when cooled.
