Chorizo and Bean "Soup"

Ingredients
Chorizo, pork and beef, 225 gramsOnions, raw, 200 gramsCelery, raw, 125 gramsBeans, red kidney, 240 gramsBirds Eye Soya Beans (100g frozen), 100 gram(s) Garlic, 6 cloveGood Oil cold-pressed hemp seed oil, 15 gram(s) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 25 gramsVery Lazy Chilli, 5 gram(s) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 30 grams*Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbspPepper, black, 2 tspTomato juice, without salt added, 8 fl oz
Directions
Slice up the Chorizo sausage into quarter to half inch thick slices. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan with a lid. Bring to the boil. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes. Cover with the lid and simmer for 30 minutes to 3 hours in the simmering oven.

Makes four spicy and hearty servings. Great with rustic bread...
