Ingredients
1 Large Potato diced1 cup Egg Beaters3 Strips Bacon4 Turkey Sausage Patties1 Small can Green Chilis diced.5 cup Cheese Cheddar Shredded (any kind).25 cup chopped OnionTortilla is optional (Whole grain)
Directions
Peel and dice the potato, fry in none stick pan with cooking spray until tender. Cook bacon, drain fat, add onion, chopped up trukey sausage, and the green chilis, 1 cup egg beaters. Cook until eggs are done, add cheese. Warm tortillas.
