Tandoor Flavored Pork Tenderloin

12 oz pork tenderloin, trimmed2 tbsps dijon mustard2 tbsps curry powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp each granulated onion and garlic
1. Preheat broiler to high.
2. Combine mustard and spices in a small bowl. Coat tenderloin with paste and add to heavy duty sheet pan.
3. Broil for 15-20 minutes, turning during cooking to brown all sides.
4. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes to allow pork to continue cooking and juices to redistribute.
Makes 4 3-oz servings.
