Carrot soup

Ingredients
2 pounds carrots, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1.54 tsp low sodium boullion powder.5 cup non fat plain yogurtsalt and pepper to taste3 wedges laughing cow lightabout a quart of water
Directions
6 servings

Chop all veggies, add everything to a big pot except the yogurt and laughing cow. Cook for about 45 minutes.

Toss in the yogurt and laughing cow and blend with an immersion blender. Salt and pepper if necessary.

Add dill, or parsley, or coriander to change a bit.
