Vata Curry Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
4 C. Chicken Broth1/2 C. Trader Joe's Harvest Grain Blend3/4 C chopped Carrots1 C chopped Celery1/2 C Chopped onion1 C Chopped Kale3 TBL Curry powder (I use my Vata Blend)1 TBL Butter (optional)
Directions
Makes 4 one cup servings
Saute veggies and spices in butter til the onions are transparent, then add broth and grains and cook until done, abouut 20 minutes. Serve with warm Naan Bread...mmmmm good.
