1 Box Reduced Sugar Yellow Cake Mix3 Large Eggs1 Cup Water1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil2 Small Boxes Sugar Free Raspberry Jell-O1.5 Cups Boiling Water2 Small Boxes Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding2 Cups Cold 1% Milk12 oz Tub Cool Whip
1. Make box cake according to package. Add water, oil, and eggs. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 30-35 minutes.
2. As soon as cake comes out of oven, use fork to poke a lot of holes in the top.
3. Boil 1.5 cups of water and stir in Jell-O. Pour immediately over cake. Put in fridge for at least 1 hour.
4. Then prepare the Pudding. Mix 2 cups of cold milk with the pudding, and pour over the top of the cake. Put in fridge to set.
5. Top with cool whip.
You will ENJOY this !!!

Besides making a healthier version, keep in mind that 1/12 of a cake is a big serving! I've been looking for a lower sugar version of this recipe! I tried making the glaze with Splenda & cornstarch combined in the blender & adding lemon juice -for a lemon cake. It was OK, but I'd like to try this! - 4/24/09
