I was very skeptical when this came out of the crockpot but it was super-tasty! - 9/21/11

I love this recipe. Something about the combination of peanut butter, soy and ginger just sings to me! I put my chicken in the crockpot frozen and it took less than 5 hours to reach shredding consistency. 1/4 cup of rice wasn't enough for me, so I used 1/2 cup servings. Easy to make. - 3/21/10
