Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef1 1/2 cups chopped green peppers3 cups of diced canned tomatoes12 slices of american cheese2 cups of instant rice
Directions
Ground the beef. Make the instant rice (2 cups of rice to 2 cups of water). Then drain the beef and stir in the following: green peppers, diced tomatoes with juices, rice and mix. Once mixed you will add the american cheese slices and mix. Set your oven to 350 degrees. Put the pepper mixture in a oven safe pan and cook in the oven for about 10 - 15 minutes. Serve 1 cup per person.
