Black Bean Tortilla Casserole

Black Beans-4 CansSalsa 1 small jardiced tomatoes 1 canTomato Sauce 1 CanOnionGreen PepperLime JuiceCuminOlive Oillettuce, yogurt/sour cream as garnish.
Saute onion and green pepper (optional) in large plan. Add drained/rinsed black beans. Add tomatoes, salsa, cumin, lime juice to taste. Simmer for 45 minutes.
In rectangle pyrex pan cover bottom with bean mixture. layer 6 corn tortillas on top (you will have to break the tortillas to fit in pan--like making lasagna). Add layer of bean mixture and 1 C Cheese. Make another layer of corn tortillas, then use remainder of bean mixture. Top with remainder of cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit for 10 minutes, cut into 12 pieces and top with lettuce, sour cream/yogurt and taco sauce.
