Easy n tasty butter chicken

Ingredients
1 Chicken breast cut into bit size pieces1 med. onion, pureed or chop finely1 6oz can tomato paste2 tbsp cashew butterMasala spice to taste,start with 1 teaspoonwater as needed
Directions
Cook chicken in a pot with a lid with a bit of water to prevent it from sticking. When the pink from the chicken is almost gone add the onions. Cook until onions are translucent and chicken is no longer pink. Add the tomato paste, cashew butter and spice. Thin with water until you have the consistency you like. I like my sauce on the thick side. Serves 2. Good with rice or bread
