chia seeds, approx 2 TRaw Pepita seeds, ground 1/3 c.flax seed, ground 3/4 c.waterpoppy and sesame seeds, approx 1 t. each
Mix ground pepita and ground flax (I use a coffee grinder) with chia seeds. Whisk in 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups water and spices to taste (salt, garlic pwdr, italian seas etc) Let sit 10 min. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cover airbake pan with parchment paper. spread "dough" to uniform thickness. Sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds. Bake 45 min or longer till cracker can be flipped and parchment paper cleanly peeled away. Using pizza cutter, cut into cracker squares 6 rows by 7 rows. Continuing baking till dry and crispy, removing outside crackers as they crisp.
