Ingredients
2 lbs. of ground beef, lean5 to 7 potatoes2 onions, diced1 lb. mixed veggies
Directions
Dice onions and add gr beef to large skillet on med-high heat.
Brown gr beef, drain fat
Add potatoes, chopped into 8ths or smaller
Add veggies
Cover, reduce heat to med
Cook for about 45mins or until potatoes are tender
Serves 10-12
