Ingredients
1 can Cream of Chicken soup1 cup chicken broth5 chicken breasts or 10 chicken breast tenderloins8 oz cream cheeseItalian seasoning to preference
Directions
Soften cream cheese. Mix in crock pot with cream of chicken and chicken broth. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. Add Chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over rice.
