Leah's Cabbage Salad

5 C. Red Cabbage, chopped (approximately 1/2 head)3/4 C. Red onion, chopped (approximately 1/2 and onion)2 Cucumbers, peeled and sliced1 C. Kalamata black olives, pitted4 oz. crumbled feta cheese3 Tbsp Olive Oil6 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Makes 7 1-cup servings.
