Beachy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Bag of fresh green salad mix-anything you like3 scallions1 cup corn- I love to roast the corn and shave o off cobb1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese-optional1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup cherry/grape tomatoes- I like to leave whole1 pkg of Chicken StripsJust enough Newman's Own Lightned Up Light Lime Vinaigrette to toss and coat veggies.
Directions
Toss all ingredients together. I like to let it chill for 30minutes before serving for the flavors to marry. This can be adapted so many differnt ways!
