Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

1 (15.5-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained3 cloves garliclemon juice from half a lemon1-2 Tbsp tahini (sesame butter) (to taste)1/4 tsp salt6 sun-dried tomatoesSprig of fresh dill weed minced or Pinch of dried dill weed Pinch of cuminDrizzle of olive oil
Put sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor or blender and chop with just a little bit of oil. Add pressed garlic cloves, lemon juice, garbanzo beans, tahini, salt, dill, and cumin and blend until smooth. (Several minutes...) Move from processor to dish (dip bowl for a party, dinner plate, etc) and drizzle a little olive oil. Use a sprig of dill as a garnish.
