Maggie's Shredded Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast1/4 tsp. McCormick Season All Seasoned Salt1 whole lime2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro6 Mission Life Balance Plus Whole Wheat Soft Taco shells3 tbsp. sour cream
Directions
Boil chicken over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, turn chicken and boil 10 more minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Drain water from pan. Shred chicken. Place shredded chicken back into pan over low-med heat. Sprinkle in Seasonal All, juice of a whole lime, and cilantro. Heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat taco shells. Spread 1/2 tbsp of sour cream on each taco shell. Add chicken. Roll shell. ENJOY!

***Feel free to add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, radish's, etc...most of us like ours pretty basic and enjoy the flavor of the meat, although when we splurge we'll add avocado!
