12 Snyder of Hanover Pretzel Rods, crushed1/2 cup Splenda (24 tsp)2/3 cup margarine1- 1/2 (8 oz each) fat free Philadelphia Cream Cheese2 TBSP Fat Free Milk1 Cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping Sugar Free2 cups boiling water1 pkg (6oz) sugar free strawberry jello1 1/2 cup cold water1 qt (4 cups) sliced fresh strawberries
Heat oven to 350 degreesF
Mix pretzels crumbs, 1/4 cup Splenda, and margarine. Press into bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes and then cool.
Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and milk til blended. Stir in Cool Whip, spread over curst, refridgerate.
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in a large bowl. Stir 2 minutes til completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerated 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in strawberries, spoon over cream cheese layer, Refrigerated 3 hours or until firm.
