Erin's Guiltless Banana Bread

1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 cup splenda1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 egg whites3 rotten bananas, mashed1/4 cup all natural applesauce1 heaping scoop of "Lean Dessert" protein powder (cinnamon roll flavor)
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Lightly grease an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, protein powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Add egg whites, bananas and applesauce; stir just until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.
Average serving size = one tenth of loaf.
