One large eggOne Slice of Kraft 2% American Cheese1 teaspoon of water
Beat the egg and water in a bowl. Spray a small frying pan with cooking spray, then put on burner at medium high. Once pan is hot, add egg. Cook omlette style, flip, add cheese in peices to one side. Slide egg onto a plate and flip the side without cheese over the side with cheese.
