Honeysuckle White Ground Turkey, 1 lbDel Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup Green Peppers, chopped, .75 cupOnions, raw, .75 cup choppedMushrooms, canned, 1.25 cupChicken Bouillon (Wyler's) Reduced Sodium, .25 cup (or less per taste)Macaroni, whole-wheat, elbow shaped, .75 cupGarlic powder, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
(Counted prep time is chopping all the veggies with a food chopper and assembling the ingredients.) Brown turkey with seasonings in 1 cup of water. Break up bits of meat and let water boil out. Add tomatoes, green pepper, onion, bouillon, and mushrooms with the liquid. Stir and bring to boil. Add macaroni. Continue to boil 20 min uncovered or until liquid is absorbed and macaroni is done. Serves 5.
