Dairy Free Pudding

Ingredients
Silk, Vanilla Soymilk, 2 cup Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Granulated Sugar, .5 cupCorn Starch, .125 cup Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
In a medium bowl pour the soy milk and vanilla extract in and warm until boiling. While waiting to boil, in a separate bowl stir the sugar, salt and cornstarch together. Once the milk mixturehas started to boil, lower the heat and slowly add the dry ingredients. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. This can take several minutes.

Makes about 10 - 1/4cup servings

Remove from heat and cool the pudding in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes.
